Overview of Spiritual Warfare (Attacks from Demons), the Consequences of Sin, and Help for Demonic Spirit Possession According to the Bible

If you feel demons around or inside of your body, audibly hear them speaking or have negative internal self-talk, please read the information below to understand your situation and to seek help from God and Jesus Christ (the only ones with the authority and power to remove demons from your body). Once demons have entered your body, they can cause severe mental and physical issues, and even death. This guide was written from the perspective of a survivor of severe demonic possession who was saved by God. Please note that this guide is currently a draft and more Biblical verses will be added.

• All of humanity is affected by demonic spiritual attacks and most of us don’t even know it. In the spiritual realm, there is God, Jesus Christ, angels, demons (also referred to as fallen angels and unclean spirits in the Bible). There are many other kinds of creations, creatures and things including seen and unseen elect, chosen ones, beasts, foreigners, sojourners and extraterrestials. Demons often disguise themselves as holy angels, spirit guides, attaching spirits, deceased loved ones, ancestors, ghosts, lost souls, aliens, fairies, dragons, mermaids, unicorns, etc. If you hear any voices or feel any air movement in and around your body, it’s an unseen creation. Any paranormal activity in your life also indicates demonic possession. For further details, please see the NOTES section at the bottom of this page.
• This is a daily and lifelong battle that is waged by Satan (the devil) and his demons which negatively impacts the quality of our lives here on Earth. The demonic spiritual attacks are part of a battle over your soul and where you will you spend eternity after you die. Satan and the demons wage this battle so we have the same fate as them; to be tormented & tortured for eternity in the lake of fire (Revelation 20:10) [hell is not the correct term].
• Because all humans are born sinners and we have a natural tendency to sin until we fully commit to serving God and following his laws in the Bible, we are extremely vulnerable to our bodies being possessed by demons. Sins give demons access to the human body. Once in our bodies, they can negatively change your interests, thoughts, beliefs, actions and appearance over time. They do this so you commit more sins, experience a downward spiral in several aspects of your life, and become further away from God’s protection.
• This is especially the case if you have turned away from God and/or Jesus Christ in any way, done any drugs, drank excessive alcohol (aka “spirits”), engaged in false idol worship and/or false religions, sexual immorality, pre-marital sex, adultery with another person or in your mind, practiced any kind of divination/energy work/witchcraft, solicited any reiki sessions or tarot/psychic/astrology readings, prayed/called upon angels, demons, and/or other false gods/goddesses for help, used any trinkets and occult tools for protection and/or healing, masturbated, watched pornography, lied and/or have stolen. God warned us against these sins because they are contrary to what he intended for us when he lovingly created us, and it’s to keep us safe from demons having access to our bodies.
• Most demons remain undetected in our bodies for decades because we tend to attribute physical and mental health illnesses as well as behavioral issues to genetics, childhood trauma, chemical imbalances/defects that you may have been born with, and the aging process. As detailed in scripture, demons cause vision & hearing issues, issues with the throat and the ability to speak, learning disabilities, seizures and epilepsy, the crippling of hands and feet, arthritis, walking difficulties, paralysis, skin diseases and rashes, uterus (irregular periods) and testicular issues, and mental health issues including self-destructive, violence, and self-harming behavior. (Matthew 12:22-23; Mark 1:21-28; Mark 5:1-20; Mark 9:14-29; Acts 10:38; Mark 5:25-28; Leviticus 21:16-23)
• Demons are the sole source of negative self-talk, nightmares, sleep paralysis, scary visions, hallucinations, and any auditory voices. It’s the consequences of sin and demons that cause mental and physical health issues including anxiety, difficulty focusing, depression, suicidal thoughts, addictions, aggressive/violent behavior, hair, digestion and sleep issues (insomnia & snoring), bad breath/teeth issues and strong body odor, and physical cramps, pains and muscle tension. Over time, demons can cause a gradual disinterest in God & Jesus Christ, reading the Bible and going to church.
• Through possession of your body and in the bodies of others around you, they cause a lot of tension, fights and chaos in your life, especially in your relationships with others. Demons tend to focus on isolating you from your support system (your family, friends, roommates, coworkers, etc.). If you think back on your life, you may notice a pattern of you committing a sin and then facing great difficulties within a few months; this is the consequence of sin. You need to recognize the attacks of the enemy to stop them.
• The Bible has several examples of people who believe in God being possessed by demons. It’s a deception that people who have been saved and/or baptized cannot be possessed by demons (recall how Jesus Christ rebuked Satan from the Apostle Peter, and Apostle Paul was also attacked by demons). There is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of because everyone has sinned at some point in their life and is likely to be possessed by at least 1 or more demons. Thanks to the guidance provided by God in the Bible, we can recognize demonic attacks and the consequences of sin & know what to do when we need help.
• Demons can only be rebuked by praying to God in the name of Jesus Christ (Matthew 12:28); the authority to command demons out of bodies can be granted to Christians, but all the power & authority comes from God and Jesus Christ (Mark 3:13-16; Mark 16:17; Luke 10:17). When demons are rebuked by God and Jesus Christ, it’s quick and painless (Luke 4:35). You do not need to (and should not) see any exorcist, reiki healer, witch, warlock, or witch doctor for any help with demonic possession! They do not follow the instructions in the Bible and their rituals can lead to even more demons entering your body because they are engaging in false religions, witchcraft and spiritism. You just need to pray to God in Jesus’ name. It also helps to ask your Christian church elders and other Christians to pray for you (James 5:16; Proverbs 15:29).
• As instructed in the Bible, with your free will, you need to decide to turn to God for help, repent for your sins, and commit to turn away from them for the rest of your life (Acts 3:19). You can only choose between serving God or Satan, and there are no other options (1 Corinthians 10:21; Matthew 6:24). Engaging in one sin is an act of rebellion against God and it’s considered as serving Satan. When you are serving Satan, this gives demons access to enter and possess your body. If you are not fully serving God’s Kingdom, you experience Satan’s realm of disease, decay, devastation, and death.
• It’s unrepented sins and the fact that you are either knowingly or unknowingly serving Satan’s kingdom that is continuing to give demons access to your body. All or the majority of symptoms go away as we repent for sins, stop the behavior, and God rebukes the demons out of our bodies. As Jesus Christ told a paralyzed man after he healed him in John 5:14: “Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you.”
• Many people fear that they have committed sins that God cannot or will not forgive, and they may feel as though there is no hope for them. God gives encouragement about this: “Come near to God and he will come near to you” (James 4:8). Jesus Christ’s promise is that “he is able, once and forever, to save those who come to God through him” (Hebrews 7:25). No matter how embarrassed or ashamed you are of your past actions and thoughts, please do not hesitate to repent. God is waiting for you with open arms, and He already knows everything anyway. As I repented and followed God’s laws for my daily life, I could feel less demons in my body and hear fewer voices as each day passed by. This is a miracle that only God could do. See the “Step #2” section below for an example of a prayer to repent.
• For the sins that you are struggling with, you can pray to God for help. He doesn’t want us to struggle with sin by ourselves with our own resolve. He can truly take away any temptations or addictions if you pray to Him for help. God is the one who can remove the self-destructive behaviors and restore you back to how he intended you to be before you got possessed by demons. He is truly the most loving Father we could ask for.
• It’s by reading & studying the Bible, praying to God in Jesus Christ’s name for any help that you need, following his laws and commandments and repenting that you build a strong relationship with God. It’s really important to know that God wants all of his children (including you) to spend eternity with him in a New Heaven and New Earth which will be completely free from evil, sins, and demons. Believing in God, following his laws, and only serving his Kingdom is the only way to live a peaceful life and spend eternity in heaven.
• Turning to God for assistance and the act of repenting is what really helps lessen the distance between you and God. He is holding tightly onto you, but you need to walk back toward him. As you repent and follow God’s laws in your daily life, the ability of demons to affect you greatly diminishes because you are making more room for God and Jesus Christ in your life, and much less room for Satan and his demons.
• Demons may increase their attacks as you turn to God for help. They commonly cause mental health issues, panic attacks and fatigue so you are not able to pray, read the Bible, go to church for service, and/or engage in fellowship. You just need to recognize these as demonic attacks and pray to God for help and strength in Jesus’ name.

Step #1 below includes an important declaration to declare Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. This is a critical foundational belief to confirm your allegiance to God and Jesus Christ. Under Step #2, there are scriptural-based prayers to help with your spiritual battle. Step #3 is an overview of how a Christian can command demons out of bodies according to scripture. There is also a detailed explanations of commons sins that lead to demonic possession. It’s important to understand sins so you can recognize Satan’s deceptions and traps, and can avoid them for the rest of your life with God’s help.

Step #1: Important Declaration to believe with your whole heart and say out loud:

“I believe that God is my creator and that his Son Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. Man was created in the image of God, but through Adam and Eve’s sin, we became alienated from God and were condemned to eternal separation. The only remedy for mankind’s condition is salvation by personal faith in the person and work of Jesus Christ. I believe that Jesus Christ gave His life as the perfect and all-sufficient substitutionary sacrifice for the sins of every human being [this perfect sacrifice is what is often referred to as the “blood of Jesus Christ” and cleanses all sin]. I believe that he was raised from the dead to undo the works of Satan and sin, and that He is now seated in Heaven. I believe that through His sacrifice, we can now be reunited with God in the New Heaven and New Earth. I believe that Jesus Christ is King of Kings and Lord of Lords, and I choose to serve God’s Kingdom alone (John 3:15-18; Ephesians 1:7; Romans 10:9-10; Revelation 21:3-5).”

Step #2: Prayer:

“God, our Father in heaven, I am praying to you in the name of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Saviour. God, I am praying to repent for sins that I have committed…(see an example below)

Example of repenting for using an Ouija board:

I repent for using an Ouija board, which involves the sins of rebellion, paganism, occult, witchcraft, spiritism and conjuring demons as I now know that only demons are involved with anything to do with an Ouija board.

I pray that you please have mercy on me and forgive me. Please rebuke any demons that are in my body so the wicked deeds of the enemy come to nothing. God, I am praying to you for help and protection with the blood of Jesus Christ.

I pray that you please sanctify and cleanse me, and please cut away and destroy all the temptations and sins in my life. I pray that you please fill me with the Holy Spirit, your Light, so I can be closer to you and further away from Satan and his demons. I renounce and walk away from all sin. Please renew my mind, body, soul, thoughts, behaviors, actions, and heart with the Holy Spirit so I can be closer to Your image with ease to serve your Kingdom. Amen. Hallelujah!”

Once you have repented for sins (see a list of common sins below) and decided to turn away from them to serve God alone, you can pray the following daily:

“My body is a temple for the Holy Spirit, redeemed, cleansed, and sanctified by the blood of Jesus Christ and the sacrifice that he made for me. My members, the parts of my body, are instruments of good and righteousness, yielded to God for his service and for His glory alone. If it’s God’s will, Satan and his demons have no place in me, no power over me, and no unsettled claims against me. All has been settled by the blood of Jesus Christ. I overcome Satan by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of my testimony. There is nothing in my life that I love and worship more than God, and my body is for the Lord. My life belongs to God and I choose to serve Him and his Kingdom until my last breath. Amen. Hallelujah!”

Step #3

HOW TO COMMAND FALLEN ANGELS (DEMONS) OUT OF BODIES ACCORDING TO SCRIPTURE

• Demons can only be rebuked by praying to God in the name of Jesus Christ (Luke 11:20; John 14:13-14; Ephesians 1:19-23; Philippians 2:9-11).
• If you are a righteous Christian who follows God’s laws and have committed to be a living sacrifice to serve his Kingdom alone, God grants the authority to command Satan and demons out of bodies (Mark 16:15-18; Luke 10:17-20; John 14:12-14; John 15:7; James 4:7; Proverbs 15:29; Romans 12:1-2).
• When demons are rebuked by God in the name of Jesus Christ, it is quick and painless (Luke 4:35). Please note that you must have complete faith and confidence that you can command demons according to God’s will, and that some demons can only be commanded out of a body if you are both fasting and praying (Matthew 17:19-21; Mark 9:23; Matthew 21:22). Christians are instructed to be consistent and patient with prayer (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18; Romans 12:12).
• In a dangerous and nearly fatal situation, God instructed Esther and a large Jewish community to fast from both food and water for three days (Esther 4:16). Being possessed by one or more demons is extremely dangerous and can be fatal, so you can use God’s instructions in the book of Esther as a reference point for your own fast.
• From personal experience, when God supports your fast, you will not feel hunger pains or thirst. Your mouth does not become dry and you feel healthy and energetic throughout the day. A few times throughout my fast, God would make fresh water develop in my mouth to drink, and it was the most refreshing water that I ever drank. You must have complete faith that God can provide everything that you need to stay alive and healthy (Proverbs 3:5-6).
• When possible, Jesus Christ instructs for at least two Christians who agree on a situation to pray together (Matthew 18:18-20).

The following commands are based on what Jesus Christ and the Apostle Paul commanded to remove (rebuke) demons from people’s bodies:

For yourself:

“If it’s God will, to Satan and all fallen angels, in the name of Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior, I command you to come out of my body now, to be quiet, to leave my body now and do not reenter my body again. God, I please pray for your mercy and grace that you rebuke the enemy out of my body and out of my life. I pray that you please fill me with the Holy Spirit, your Light, so I can be closer to you and further away from Satan and his demons. Hallelujah!”

For another person:

“If it’s God will, to Satan and all fallen angels, in the name of Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior, I command you to come out of [person’s name] body now, to be quiet, to leave [his/her] body now and do not reenter [his/her] body again. God, I please pray for your mercy and grace that you rebuke the enemy out of [person’s name] body and [his/her] life now. I pray that you please fill me with the Holy Spirit, your Light, so I can be closer to you and further away from Satan and his demons. I pray that you please fill [person’s name] with the Holy Spirit, your Light, so [he/she] can be closer to you and further away from Satan and his demons. Hallelujah!”

From personal experience, this requires MULTIPLE rounds of commands for the strongman, princes and kings. I pray that this will help to shut down any doors that may be open, in Jesus’ name! You may be led by the Lord to read these commands a few times.

September 18, 2024:

Prayers and Commands Against Fallen Angels (strong man, prince and king-level demons) based on scripture in the Holy Bible; for believers, disciples, pastors and servants of the Kingdom of Heaven

Ephesians 6:12: “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.”

• The commands below are based on the King James Version of the Holy Bible.
• The authority to bind on earth and in heaven can be found in Matthew 16:19 and Matthew 18:18-20.
• For background on our bodies being temples for God and the deliverance from evil, please read the verses below on the triumphal entry of Jesus Christ and the cleansing of the temple:
  • Matthew 21:1-17 (entry and cleansing of temple)

  • Luke 19:28-48 (entry, discernment for the enemy and cleansing of temple)
  • John 12:12-19 (entry) and John 2:13-22 (the cleaning of the temple)

#1. Repent for sins, declare that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit and that your temple is a house of prayer as per 1 Corinthians 3:16, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 and Matthew 21:13:

“My Father in heaven, please be merciful to me a sinner. I repent for all my sins and I renounce Satan and all of his works. I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. From this moment, I commit to serve God with all my heart, all my soul, and all my might. Please come into my heart, save me, heal me, and set me free from the kingdom of darkness. I thank you with all my heart that I am under the New Covenant and grace through faith. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray.

In the name of Jesus Christ, I declare that my body is a temple of God and the Holy Spirit which is in me, whom I have from God and I am not my own. I have been bought for a price and I choose to glorify God in my body and in my spirit, which are God’s. I declare that my house shall be called a house of prayer. In the name of Jesus Christ, I declare that only God’s word as written in the Holy Bible applies to my mind, body, soul, spirit, heart, joints, marrow, flesh, life, and destiny; with no additions and no subtractions; and it reigns and supersedes over every aspect of my life in the day and in the night and in heaven and in earth.”

#2. Command Satan, all fallen angels, moneychangers, the thieves, the chief priests and the scribes in a temple to be cast out as Jesus did in Matthew 21:12-15. The commands below are based on the following verses: Matthew 16:23; 2 Samuel 4:12, Psalm 12:3, Proverbs 10:31, Revelation 12:11, James 4:7, Hebrews 4:12, Ephesians 6:17, John 1:5, Acts 16:18, Mark 1:25, Mark 9:25, Matthew 22:13, Job 10:20, Job 8:22, Jude 1:9, 1 John 4:2-3, John 12:48 and Revelation 20:12:

“In the name of Jesus Christ, I overcome every enemy with the blood of the Lamb, the word of my testimony, that I do not love life unto the death. I come against every enemy with the Sword of the Spirit and the light of God; the light that shines in the darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. In the name of Jesus Christ, get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men. The Lord rebuke thee in the name of Jesus Christ. As per James 4:7 and John 14:30, I declare and decree the word of God that I have submitted myself to God, I have resisted the devil and that the devil will flee from me. The prince of this world hath nothing in me. It is written.

In the name of Jesus Christ, I command for all unclean spirits, moneychangers, thieves, chief priests, and scribes to be binded hand and foot on earth and in heaven and for your hands and feet to be cut off. I command for all flattering lips and the tongues of the froward and those that speaketh proud things to be cut out and off. In the name of Jesus Christ, I command for the eyes of the wicked to fail and for their dwellingplace to come to nought. I command for you to be taken away and be cast into outer darkness where there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. In the name of Jesus Christ, I command all fallen angels to come out, I charge thee, leave now, hold thy peace and never enter no more. Do you confess that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh? Answer Jesus Christ now who will be judging you on your last day based on the word of God that you used to be keepers and preachers of and your own works.”

​​#3. Render every fallen angel into eunuchs to come against sexual thoughts, dreams and attacks. The following verses mention eunuchs: 2 Kings 20:18, Isaiah 39:7, Matthew 19:12, Jeremiah 52:25 and Acts 8:39:

“In the name of Jesus Christ, I draw the sword of the Spirit and I command for all fallen angels in the palace of the king of Babylon to now be eunuchs.

#4. Bind the strong man in or around a temple (a house of prayer) as per Luke 11:20-26, Mark 3:27 & Matthew 12:20-26:

“In the name of Jesus Christ, I declare that I am stronger than any strong man and I bind you on earth and I bind you in heaven. I enter the house of every strong man, I come upon you, overcome you and take away all the armor that you trusted. I divide and spoil your goods, and I spoil your house and palace. Since you are against Jesus Christ, bow down and scatter now. In the name of Jesus Christ, I command for every strong man to come out and walk through dry places where you find no rest.”

#5. Still drafting for giant, chiefs, the mighty, queens (i.e. command how Jezebel died) + Noah flood against the Nephelim and fowls of the air, Leviathan

#6. Command and cast out princes in or around a temple (a house of prayer) as per Jeremiah 4:9, Ezekiel 7:27, Ezekiel 21:26, Ezekiel 28:7-8 and Psalm 107:40: 

“In the name of Jesus Christ, I command for all princes to be disarmed and overthrown. I remove your diadem, I take off your crown, and clothe you with desolation. I command for strangers to be brought upon you and for them to draw their swords against the beauty of thy wisdom and for the strangers to defile your brightness. I command for your hearts to perish and for contempt to be poured upon you, and for you to wander in the wilderness where there is no way. In the name of Jesus Christ, I command for princes to be brought down to the pit and die the deaths of them that are slain in the midst of the sea.”

#7. Bind and cast out every king in or around a temple (a house of prayer) as per Job 12:18, Deuteronomy 2:30, Jeremiah 4:9, Exodus 7:12 and 1 Kings 22:34-35 (how king Ahab was killed) and Joshua 10:39: 

DRAFT: “In the name of Jesus Christ, I command that the bond of every king be loosened on earth and in heaven and that your loins be girdeth with a girdle. I command for all of your rods to be swallowed up and the hardening of your hearts and spirits, and for your hearts to be made obstinate and perish. I command for a certain man to draw a bow at a venture and for all kings to be smote between the joints of your harness. Now that the battle has increased this day, all wounded kings bleed out and die at even. In the name of Jesus Christ, I smote all kings with the edge of the sword.

#8. Come against every house and city of the kingdom of darkness as per Matthew 12:25 and Luke 11:21 so the strongman, princes and kings have nothing to return to:

“In the name of Jesus Christ, I command for every house, city and palace to be divided against itself and to no longer stand.”

#9. Pray for every house and city inside of a temple to be filled with the Holy Spirit and to be a vessel unto honour as per Matthew 5:14-16, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, Luke 17:21 and 2 Timothy 2:21.

“My Father in heaven, I pray for every house, city and palace to be filled with Your light, the Holy Spirit and for the Kingdom of Heaven to be within and around me. I pray to be cleansed so I can be a vessel unto honour. Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me with the blood of the Lamb, and I shall be whiter than snow. Please send Holy angels to stir all the waters in my temple so I can be healed. I pray to be set apart and sanctified to be useful to you, my master, and to also be prepared for every good work in service of the Kingdom of Heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ, I pray.”

EXPLANATION OF SINS
***For lists of sins in the Bible, please see the 10 commandments (Exodus 20; Deuteronomy 18:9-12; Revelation 21:8; Colossians 3:5; 1 Peter 4:3; Galatians 5:19-21; Romans 1:18-32; 2 Timothy 3)

Rebellion: The act of not recognizing God’s legitimate authority over everything and everyone, and not obeying his laws & commands. Engaging in one sin is an act of rebellion against God and considered as serving Satan, which makes you vulnerable to demonic attacks and possession. You can only choose between living according to God’s laws (good) or by Satan’s sins (evil).

Hedonism: Anytime you focused/prioritized your own desires for Earthly “comforts” and “pleasures” over following God’s laws and serving his Kingdom; this includes the worship of money, material possessions, career, status in society, vanity, watching mainstream movies, music and television, video games, partying, etc.

False Idol Worship: This is the worship of images and statues of false gods, angels, other religious figures or other people such as celebrities, social media influencers, mentors/teachers, managers/co-workers, family members, etc. This is worshipping anything else other than God.

Pride and Exalting the Self as a False God: This is when you adopt the common belief of being self-reliant and taking your life in your own hands. This is when you go seek help in other people and things for any issues that you may be facing. These remedies are always deceptions from Satan, particularly if you seek alternative pagan practices such as reiki, chiropractor, acupuncture, naturopath, yoga, etc. This is when you think that you have figured out what is best for you (an inadvertent way of declaring yourself as a false god on Earth) when it is God who is all-knowing. Instead of seeking healing and remedies that are detrimental as they are often linked to paganism (false religions) and the occult), we should always pray to God in Jesus Christ’s name for any help and healing that we need. God knows what is best from us and He is the source of all miracles.

• My testimony about prescription medication, supplements and therapy: It is important to note that pharmaceuticals (prescription medications and supplements) is “pharmakeia” in Greek. In the Bible, pharmakeia is associated with false idol worship, sorcery (witchcraft) and mind-altering drugs. In Revelation 21:8, witchcraft and sorcery are listed as second death sins which lead to eternal separation from God. Any witchcraft and intake of mind-altering drugs leads to demons being able to enter your body. Any sorcery and mind-altering drugs lead to demonic possession. As soon as I realized this in August 2023, I completely stopped all of my prescriptions and supplements, repented, and prayed to God for healing. I did not experience any side effects or withdrawal symptoms from prescriptions that I had taken for over 10 years. I no longer require any prescriptions or supplements for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, backaches, constant muscle stiffness, and severe gluten intolerance. In my case, all these ailments were related to unrepented sins and attacks from demons. God is the greatest healer, and I only rely on Him now. Due to common beliefs and societal pressures, we are often deceived to go see a doctor, take medication and/or see a therapist when we experience physical and/or mental health issues. When we do this, the demons will temporarily lessen some of the symptoms so you are led to believe that the medication and/or therapy is helping, but the demons do this so you forget to turn to God first for help since he is the greatest and ultimate healer. When you first seek help in others (their treatments are often linked to pagan/occult practices), this creates a larger distance between you and God because you inadvertently turned away from Him. The demons do this so you stay in misery and never seek the help that you really need, which is just healing and miracles from God. Whenever we experience demonic attacks (mental and physical issues), we are just supposed to turn to God and pray to him in Jesus Christ’s name for help. I regularly saw a trauma therapist for over 7 years for various issues and I was diagnosed with depression, anxiety and PTSD. I noticed some slight improvements to function better in my daily life but I never felt fully healed. Once I turned away from therapy, repented and prayed to God, he was able to completely heal all my symptoms for depression, anxiety and PTSD in a very short period of time. This may seem difficult to believe or comprehend, but God is the only one who can completely take away any mental health issues and the impacts of trauma. It’s also a deception that we need any supplements. If we eat the foods recommended in the Bible (and avoid all unclean foods – see Leviticus 11), God ensures that all our needs are met. Demons gain access to our body every time we take a pill because we are engaging in false idol worship and sorcery. If you experience any digestion issues such as gas, bloating, discomfort and pain soon after eating, upset stomach and heartburn, acid reflux, feeling heavy/exhausted after a meal, irritable bowel syndrome, diarrhea, and/or constipation; these are usually related to demonic attacks, and/or eating unclean foods and junk food with a lot of chemicals/preservatives.

Paganism: The worship of a false god(s) or goddess(es) & any religious ceremony, act, or practice that is not in the Bible (not Christian).

Engaging in the Occult (witchcraft and divination): Any belief in spiritual beings beyond God, Jesus Christ, angels and demons, and any practice related to mysticism (becoming one with God through ascension, healing the soul and magic, which only comes from demons. The occult involves seeking any knowledge, information or concepts that go beyond what is in the Bible (mainly any spiritual matters, your future, how to heal any physical or psychological ailments). This also involves the belief that there is the possibility of attaining knowledge of spiritual truths and healing through light work, activations, meditations, divination and mind-altering drugs (these only involve the demonic realm). This seeking of knowledge beyond the Bible is mainly done through paganism, the occult, divination and witchcraft. These all come from Satan, and involve summoning demons and some type of communication. Divination includes horoscopes, astrology, tarot and oracle card readings, seeing a psychic, using an Ouija board/pendulum, dowsing, reading tea leaves and palmistry, fortune telling, scrying, etc. The occult also involves seeking any “supernatural powers” (reiki healing, being psychic and/or telepathic, the movement of an Ouija board/pendulum, etc.), which can only be done through demonic possession and the use of their supernatural powers in your body. Seeking knowledge beyond what is in the Bible as well as “supernatural powers” goes beyond God’s will and only involves the demonic realm. All information that demons provide are lies and deceptions meant to lure you into sin.

Angel Worship: This is when you pray or call upon Archangels or angels for any reason. In scripture, all angels always say to humans to only give thanks to God and to just pray to him for help. In the Bible, only Archangel Michael and Gabriel are named. There is no mention of specific guardian angels for humans, so any other angel with a name is a deception created by Satan and it’s a demon (i.e. Archangel Metatron, Archangel Raphael, etc.). Praying or calling upon angels for any reason is similar to false idol worship which is a grave sin. It’s a deception that God is too busy to hear our prayers. Angel worship was created by Satan so God’s angels would be used as a way for humans to commit sin against God. It’s a direct attack on God, his angels, and the creations who He loves.

Divination and Interpretation of Dreams/Nightmares & Omens: This is all considered witchcraft and it involves seeking any knowledge, information or concepts that go beyond what is in the Bible (mainly any spiritual matters, your future, searching the meaning of dreams/nightmares and omens for guidance and how to heal any physical or psychological ailments) through astrology, horoscopes, birth charts, tarot and oracle cards, soul readings, seances, palmistry, Ouija board, the use of a pendulum & chart, past life regressions, magic 8-ball, aura readings, activations, and meditations. All of these practices lead to being possessed by a demon(s).

Casting Spells and Engaging in Conflict/Harming Others: This is using witchcraft and/or calling upon “the light”, angels, dragons and/or fairies to attack one’s enemies through curses and spells. This also involves any kind of protection, love, finance and beauty spells including potions, bindings, curses, charging candles, and performing any kind of clearing/cleansing with smoke (usually sage or palo santo), for yourself and/or others. Only demons are involved in these practices and rituals.

Affirmations, Chants, and Incantations: Words and phrases that are specifically chanted or recited with the intention to manifest desired results. This leads to demonic possession, and the chants can also be in foreign languages including Latin, another ancient language or “light/divine language”.

Use of Magic Charms and Amulets: Magic charms are crystals, metal trinkets and small ornaments, or other jewelry worn as a pendant or hung on a chain. It’s when you believe these objects have mystical powers, which supposedly protect from bad energy or attract good luck/prosperity. It’s also when you have the belief that these objects can transmit “healing energies” and “positive vibrations” that supposedly promote feelings of peace, love, and tranquillity. Amulets are similar to magic charms, but this involves calling in energy/angels/light beings to “clear, bless and activate” any objects. This is considered as whispering a spell, which is witchcraft and summons demons. This is also considered as false idol worship because it’s looking to physical objects and “supernatural powers”, apart from God for healing or protection. Creating a magic charm or amulet is also a sin because it is considered as creating a false idol. When we feel the need for healing or protection, we just need to pray to God in Jesus Christ’s name.

Use of a Pendulum and Chart (Ouija Board, Dousing) & Tarot/Oracle Cards: This is seeking any knowledge, information or concepts that go beyond what is in the Bible and involves information about yourself and other people (alive or deceased). The questions mainly involve past lives, soul origins, your future, your “soul mate”, ideal career), and healing any physical or psychological ailments. This involves summoning demons as they are the only entities that will move pendulums and the Ouija board, and will make tarot/oracle cards fly out of decks. All responses are deception and lies by demons that lure you into sin.

False teacher: Teaching or showing other people about paganism, the occult, witchcraft, and divination tools. It is also teaching others about false gods/goddesses and false idols.

NOTES

In the spiritual realm, there is only God, Jesus Christ, holy angels and/or demons (fallen angels).
Demons disguise themselves as holy angels, spirit guides, attaching spirits, deceased loved ones, ancestors, ghosts, lost souls, aliens, fairies, dragons, mermaids, unicorns, etc. If you hear any voices or feel any air movement in and around your body, it’s a demon. Any paranormal activity in your life also indicates demonic possession.

About there being no spirits beyond physical death other than holy angels or demons:

“For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing; they have no further reward, and even their name is forgotten. Their love, their hate and their jealousy have long since vanished; never again will they have a part in anything that happens under the sun.” (Ecclesiastes 9:5)

This scripture confirms that all humans are put into an inaccessible “sleep state” until God’s judgement in the end times (see Revelation 20:12)

In some circumstances, demons deceive us by pretending to be “good/light” beings:

“And no wonder, for Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. Therefore it is not surprising if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve.” (2 Corinthians 11:14-15)

If you ever hear audible voices from the spiritual realm, it is important to follow scripture and test the spirit by asking “Who is your master?” The spirit will most likely either state “Jesus Christ” or “Satan”. Satan may state “I do not have a master because I am my own god”. If a spirit suddenly starts speaking to you and does not first introduce itself as serving Jesus Christ, it’s a demon.
