Prayers that have helped me through attacks
I recommend to read the prayers below out loud shortly after waking up in the morning, but if you are under heavy attack, you can read the prayers below out loud at any time of the day or night:
The Lord’s Prayer from The Passion Translation (Matthew 6:9-13 and Luke 11 including as it is written in the footnotes)
‘Our Beloved Father, dwelling in the heavenly realms, may the glory of your name, light, sound and atmosphere be treated as holy and be the center on which our lives turn.
Manifest your kingdom realm, Come and begin your kingdom reign and cause your every purpose to be fulfilled on earth, just as it is in heaven.
We acknowledge you as our Provider of all we need each day. Give us this day life and our continual needed bread today for the coming day and tomorrow. May your Holy Spirit come upon us and cleanse us.
Forgive us the wrongs we have done and Send away the results of our debts and shortcomings as we ourselves release forgiveness to those who have wronged us. Give us serenity as we also allow others serenity.
Do not let us be put into the ordeal of testing, Rescue us every time we face tribulation and set us free from evil and the Evil One.
For you are the King who rules with power and glory forever and until the end of all the universes. Amen.’ In the name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I pray. I pray for others according to their will in the name of the Anointed One and in the name of the Light that gives life.
The Lord’s Prayer from The First Nations Translation (Matthew) Gift from Creator Tells the Good Story 6:9-13
“O Great Spirit, our Father from above, we honor your name as sacred and holy.
Bring your good road to us, where the beauty of your ways in the spirit-world above is reflected in the earth below. Provide for us day by day—the elk, the buffalo, and the salmon. The corn, the squash, and the wild rice. All the things we need for each day. Release us from the things we have done wrong, in the same way we release others for the things done wrong to us. “Guide us away from the things that tempt us to stray from your good road, and set us free from the evil one and his worthless ways.
Aho! May it be so!” In the name of Creator Sets Free (Jesus), I pray.
Psalm 23 from The Voice translation
1 The Eternal is my shepherd, He cares for me always.
2 He provides me rest in rich, green fields beside streams of refreshing water.
He soothes my fears;
3 He makes me whole again, steering me off worn, hard paths to roads where truth and righteousness echo His name.
4 Even in the unending shadows of death’s darkness, I am not overcome by fear.
Because You are with me in those dark moments, near with Your protection and guidance, I am comforted.
5 You spread out a table before me, provisions in the midst of attack from my enemies;
You care for all my needs, anointing my head with soothing, fragrant oil, filling my cup again and again with Your grace.
6 Certainly Your faithful protection and loving provision will pursue me where I go, always, everywhere. I will always be with the Eternal, in Your house forever. In the name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I pray. I pray for others according to their will in the name of the Anointed One and in the name of the Light that gives life.
Psalm 23 from The Passion Translation including as it is written in the footnotes
Yahweh is my best friend, my shepherd and the lover of the flock.
I lack nothing and I always have more than enough.
He offers a resting place for me in spring green meadows in his luxurious love.
His tracks take me to an oasis of peace near the quiet brook of bliss the waters of a resting place. That’s where he restores and revives my life. He causes my life and soul to return.
He opens before me the right path and leads me along in his footsteps of righteousness so that I can bring honor to his name. Even when your path takes me through the valley of deepest darkness, fear will never conquer me, for you already have!
Your authority is my strength and my peace. Your rod and your staff, they comfort me. The comfort of your love takes away my fear. I’ll never be lonely, for you are near.
You become my delicious feast even when my enemies dare to fight.
You anoint me and my head with oil and the fragrance of your Holy Spirit; you give me all I can drink of you until my cup overflows. So why would I fear the future? Only goodness and tender love pursue me all the days of my life. Then afterward, when my life is through, I’ll return to your glorious presence and return to Yahweh’s palace to be forever with you!” In the name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I pray. I pray for others according to their will in the name of the Anointed One and in the name of the Light that gives life.
Psalm 91 (edited) from The Passion Translation including as it is written in the footnotes
1 When you abide under Shaddai, God the Self-Sufficient One, God the Nurturer of Babies, you are hidden in the strength of God Most High.
2 He’s the hope that holds me and the stronghold to shelter me, the only God for me, and my great confidence.
3 He will rescue you from every hidden trap of the enemy, and he will protect you from false accusation and any deadly curse. His massive arms are wrapped around you, protecting you. You can run under his covering of majesty and hide.
4 His arms of faithfulness are a shield keeping you from harm.
5 You will never worry about an attack of demonic forces at night nor have to fear a spirit of darkness coming against you.
6 Don’t fear a thing! Whether by night or by day, demonic danger will not trouble you, nor will the powers of evil be launched against you.
7 Even in a time of disaster, with thousands and thousands being killed, you will remain unscathed and unharmed.
9-10 When we live our lives within the love and light of God Most High, our secret hiding place, we will always be shielded from harm. How then could evil prevail against us or disease infect us?
11 God sends angels with special orders to protect you wherever you go, defending you from all harm.
12 If you walk into a trap, they’ll be there for you and keep you from stumbling.
13 You’ll even walk unharmed among the fiercest powers of darkness, lions, snakes and dragons!
14 For here is what the Lord has spoken to me: “Because you loved me, delighted in me, and have been loyal to my name, I will greatly protect you.
15 I will answer your cry for help every time you pray, and you will feel my presence in your time of trouble. I will deliver you and bring you honor.
16 I will satisfy you with a full life and with all that I do for you. For you will enjoy the fullness of my salvation! In the name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I pray. I pray for others according to their will in the name of the Anointed One and in the name of the Light that gives life.
Psalm 18 (edited)
I love you, Lord; you are my strength.
You are my rock, my fortress and my savior. You are my Redeemer.
God is my rock in whom I take refuge; he is my shield, the power that saves me, and my place of safety.
I called to God, who is worthy of praise, and I was saved from the enemy.
The cords of death entangled me; the torrents of destruction overwhelmed me.
The cords of the grave coiled around me; the snares of death confronted me.
In my distress, I prayed and cried to God for help and he heard my voice.
He reached down from on high and took hold of me; he drew me out of deep waters.
He rescued me from my powerful enemy, from my foes who were too strong for me.
They confronted me in the day of my disaster, but the Lord was my support.
He brought me out into a spacious place and rescued me.
You, God, kept my lamp burning; God turns my darkness into light.
God’s way is perfect and his word is flawless, and he shields all who take refuge in him.
It is God who arms me with strength and keeps my way secure.
I will praise you with an upright heart as I learn your righteous laws. I will obey your decrees.
(Psalm 119:7) In the name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I pray. I pray for others according to their will in the name of the Anointed One and in the name of the Light that gives life.
Psalm 119 (edited)
Joyful are people of integrity who follow the instructions of the Lord.
Joyful are those who obey his laws and search for him with all their hearts.
They do not compromise with evil and they only walk in a path towards God.
My prayer is that my actions consistently reflect your decrees.
Then I will not be ashamed when I compare my life with your commands.
As I learn your righteous regulations, I will thank you by living as I should because your laws please me. They give me wise advice and it’s clear that those who wander from your commands greatly suffer.
Your commandments give me understanding; no wonder I hate every false way of life.
Help me understand the meaning of your commandments, and I will meditate on your wonderful deeds.
I believe in your commands; now please teach me good judgment and knowledge.
I wandered off like a lost sheep but you rescued me, and now my choice is to closely follow your word.
If your instructions hadn’t sustained me with joy, I would have died in misery.
I will never forget your commandments, for by them, you give me life. I am your child.
God, how I love your instructions! I think about them all day long.
Your commands make me wiser than my enemies. Your words are my constant guide.
God, your word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path.
I have taken an oath and confirmed that I will follow your righteous laws.
Though my life constantly hangs in the balance, I will not stop obeying your instructions.
The wicked set a snare for me and I fell into it, but I will not turn away from you or your commandments.
Your commands are my heritage forever; they are the joy of my heart.
My heart is set on keeping your decrees to the very end. In the name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I pray. I pray for others according to their will in the name of the Anointed One and in the name of the Light that gives life.
Psalm 138 (edited) – A song of David from The Voice Translation:
1 To You, Lord, I give my whole heart, a heart filled with praise, for I am grateful; before the gods, my heart sings praises to You and You alone.
2 I bow before You, looking to Your holy temple, and praise Your name, for Your unfailing love and Your truth; for You have placed Your name and Your word over all things and all times.
3 On the day I needed You, I called, and You responded and infused my soul with strength.
4 May all the kings of the earth praise You, O Eternal One, because they have heard the words You have spoken.
5 They will marvel at the Eternal’s ways, and they will sing, for great is the glory of the Eternal.
6 Although He is greatest of all, He is attentive to the needy.
7 Whenever I walk into trouble, You are there to bring me out.
You hold out Your hand to protect me against the wrath of my enemies, and hold me safely in Your right hand.
8 The Eternal will finish what He started in me. Your faithful love, O Eternal One, lasts forever; do not give up on what Your hands have made. In the name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I pray. I pray for others according to their will in the name of the Anointed One and in the name of the Light that gives life.
Prayer for Determination by Pastor Rick Renner (edited)
God, please help me stay focused on the path that You have chosen for me and to remain determined to do what You may need me to do, even if I am assaulted by outside forces that seem to be beyond my control. I know the devil hopes to slow me down or even to stop me by orchestrating outside pressures to come against me. But I also know that Your Spirit works mightily in me, giving me all the power I need to resist every assault the devil tries to bring against me. Help me to be completely determined and committed to keep pushing ahead, to never let go and to never give up until I have accomplished my God-given missions! In the name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I pray. I pray for others according to their will in the name of the Anointed One and in the name of the Light that gives life.
The blessing prayer for all creation, creatures and things (Numbers 6:24-26 NLT and NIV)

In the name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I pray. I pray for others according to their will in the name of the Anointed One and in the name of the Light that gives life.
